Summer Harvest Supper

This dinner showcases the best of the season with a farm-fresh salad of mixed greens, carrots, pickled beets, goat cheese, and maple-Dijon vinaigrette, served alongside fresh-baked sourdough bread with herb butter.

The main course features our slow-roasted herb and garlic pork roast, accompanied by caramelized sweet onions, maple-glazed carrots, roasted beet and goat cheese salad, and creamy cauliflower gratin.

We'll finish the evening with seasonal berry shortcake, fresh whipped cream, coffee, and herbal tea.
