Frequently Asked Questions
We deliver all over northeast and southeast CT this includes Brooklyn, Dayville, Putnam, Plainfield, Killingly, Lisbon, Woodstock, Chaplin, Mansfield, Thompson, Norwich, New London, Groton, Mystic, Ledgyard, and so many nook and cranny towns in between. If you live here or anywhere near these towns its work signing up on our customer sign up page. If we don't deliver to your area or require a larger order minimum for further deliveries we will let you know within 1-3 business days after you submit your form.
We typically launch the weeks menu on Sunday mornings and ask that you place you orders no later than 6 pm on Tuesday nights.
This allows us enough time to orchestrate orders with other farms we work with and gives Cassidy enough time to plan for the baked goods that is all made fresh weekly on site. This also allows us to make a game plan for harvesting fresh crops like lettuce, carrots, spinach, tomatoes and all that jazz. If you place an order late we may be able to squeeze it in, but there is no guarantee, and in this case we would carry over your order to the following weeks delivery days or ask that you come pick it up at our weekend farm stand during operating months if you needed it sooner.
Depending on your location. You would either receive your order on Thursdays or Fridays. Delivery windows vary slightly depending on delivery routes, and the amount of stops we have to make. You can expect a delivery anywhere between 9am-4pm. Because of this we ask that everyone leave out a cooler, or insulated cooler bag so we can make your drop as easy for us both as possible. If there is not a bag left out, we will still make the drop, but in summer months this can mean wilted lettuce, and partially thawed meat by the time you get to it, so it is encouraged to leave out a cooler.
Note: We do NOT typically send out a message after we deliver (we are not amazon, you will not receive a photo of the fresh eats on your porch we do not have the capacity to do so at this time) But as a courtesy, we do typically send out an emailed message for your very first delivery drop off.
As a courtesy, we do not have an order minimum for residents within 5 miles of our farm. Anyone outside of that range will receive a delivery fee of $10 unless they meet the $30 order minimum.

Once your order is placed, allow us 1-2 to add it into our invoicing system. Once we do that, you will receive an emailed invoice with your total. This invoice may be paid online, prompted through the email via debit/credit card. You may also leave cash/personal check in your cooler upon delivery. We do also accept Venmo, to DaigleFarmCT (our logo is the photo on the Venmo account).
